I'm Getting Images During Meditation, But I Don't Know What They Mean...

SYMBOLS - SPIRIT'S SPECIAL LANGUAGE.
Symbols are a huge way to receive information from your higher self, guides OR spirit people to help with your own situations or to give information to others. They are also a wonderful way to communicate telepathically with humans or your pets! Symbols are a means to use something to describe something important. They can be found in every area of life, for example, a stop sign is a symbol, the American Flag is a symbol, and a cross on top of a church is a symbol. Symbols are given to mediums as information when there is a language barrier when the spirit person didn't speak English while they were here on the earth plane. Spirit animals also give symbols to identify themselves. Symbols come to us out of the blue when we've asked for guidance (or haven't) or when we may be meditating, and they come to us in a variety of different ways. So, how do we interpret the symbols we receive?

It is important to understand that this process takes much time to get used to. Psychics and mediums receive new symbols during most sessions they give, I know I do. In the beginning, it is best to just give the symbols you receive rather than try to interpret them. In time you will be able to understand better what the symbols mean to you and your readings will flow much more easily.

Sit down and write out some symbols and what they mean to you, first. It's also important to remember that symbols can be scents, phrases or words flying by in your head, sounds, feelings, etc. When you come up with a small list, start to watch for your symbols when asking for guidance. Your symbol may drive by on the side of a bus, or appear on a movie you're watching. It may be sung in a song you hear on the radio, or, it may come in a way you don't expect at all.

Below is an example of common symbols. Please be sure to create meanings for your own symbols, as what works best for you, works best for you.:

  • Red Rose: wedding anniversary or love
  • White rose: a celebration or celebratory time
  • Birthday balloons: an upcoming birthday
  • Butterfly: transformation
  • Bible: spiritual or religious reference
  • Valentine heart: love
  • Quill pen: automatic writing or being encouraged creatively by a higher source
  • Steno pad: journalizing or writing
  • Guitar: musical references/tendencies
  • Wine bottle: alcoholic tendencies/a drinker/substance abuse
Practice communicating with a friend this way. Keep the symbols SIMPLE. You can practice this by sitting in a room with a partner and asking them to visualize an object in their head clearly. Tell them to keep this strong, clear and simple. It helps for you to take a few cleansing breaths and draw or write down what you receive. Remember to note the shapes or feelings of the picture you receive and compare with what the other person actually had in their head. Any similarities are important! When you develop this further, see if you can communicate telepathically with friends. Focus on the friend and shoot a symbol from your mind's eye to their mind's eye. See if you get an unexpected phone call saying, "hey, you just popped into my mind".

When communicating with your pets, you may use symbolism to get your point across telepathically. Place your hand on your pet's head or body or look into their eyes (if they let you) and shoot that symbol to them with your mind's eye. It actually works best when they are rested or asleep. Be clear, fast and strong and keep it to ONE message at a time. SEE your pet eating or SEE them quiet if they're barking. This takes some time to develop, so be patient! Soon you will also be able to feel how they feel. If they seem tired and not their usual self, you may be able to focus on their aura and see and feel what comes to you.
