She makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, with respect to the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of information. Barb does not assume and hereby disclaims any liability to any person or entity for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental or consequential) caused in regard to any information and/or any suggestion(s) or advice provided to you by her reading regardless of whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever. No one is 100% accurate. Take this as another form of inspiration only. You are in control of your own life.

Any typos one might find on this site are unfortunate but do happen.

All readings will be conducted solely upon the discretion of Barb Mallon.  If for any possible reason Barb decides the reading should not take place, she maintains the right to refuse services. Readings conducted under false pretense will be deemed null and void. 

RECORDINGS: An MP3 recording will be made of your reading (telephone only) for your convenience, and available for download for approximately one week. All MP3 readings are twice password protected and are removed immediately from our server, once the recording has been downloaded.

Recordings of the reading on cassette or MP3 are are copyright protected. These recordings on cassette or MP3, and the copyright, are the property of Barb Mallon and any use other than for what they are intended (personal record of reading) is strictly prohibited.

You are welcome to tape record your own reading but only for use in the same context as above (personal record of reading). Permission to record Barb Mallon's voice for any reason, must be received and approved in writing, by Barb Mallon, prior to communication.

While a record of such sessions may be provided as a courtesy, if for any possible reason, Barb decides the recording should not be sent, Barb Mallon reserves the right to withhold distribution of such records. Recordings (MP3 or cassette tape) are not guaranteed and no copies of sessions are made.

All information pertaining to any session, (group, phone or in person) is to be utilized as a personal memory for the client only. Other usage is strictly prohibited without written and signed consent by Barb Mallon.

Privacy Statement
Barb will not disclose any information to third parties. All readings are kept confidential unless she feels that the client may be in danger of hurting themselves or another, and then in this case only she will contact the proper authorities. References and photos will be used on this site only if express permission from the participant of the reading or owner of the photo is given respectively. All photos used for readings are deleted immediately from our computer system or sent back to the client if one chooses to send a photo in the mail.
