Barb recommends waiting at least three months after your loved one has passed to contact her office (or any medium) for a reading. This, because you need an opportunity to take some time to grieve (mediumship should never take the place of grief counseling).

ALL CORRESPONDENCE IS DONE THROUGH E-MAIL. When booking, please add your email address so we can send you important information about your session with Barb. If you do not have e-mail, please let us know.

Payment is expected at the time you book your session. Your appointment will be TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED until your payment or deposit arrives in our office (credit card or check). This is to assure we save time for serious inquiries only. Checks must arrive in our office at least 7 days prior to your appointment to allow time to clear. If you are using a gift certificate, please click the option on the appointment form and add your gift certificate number. All appointments must be paid for and confirmed by at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Once we receive your payment, we will email you with a confirmation of your payment being received and guidelines for your reading in which you must kindly reply to confirm your appointment (also directions to the office if you've chosen an in person reading). If we do not receive your payment within 5 days, we will contact you via email or telephone to check to see if you are still interested. If we cannot contact you for whatever reason, your appointment will be cancelled so that another may schedule. Thank you for your understanding!

Same day appointments are not available. If you are looking for an earlier appointment, please let us know, and we'll add you to our cancellation list.

You will be redirected to Barb's online booking site where you can enroll and book for any of Barb's time slots. Payment is NOT made via the appointment booking site (you can pay online here or call 703.474.2227 with your credit card . Please try to use the online scheduler to book your appointment. If you have trouble booking, contact us by email or phone. If none of the dates/times work for you on the scheduler, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

***FOR GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES ONLY:
If you've purchased a gift certificate for someone and would like to make an appointment for them, be sure to make the appointment in their name with their contact info, not yours. We need their contact info in the case of any emergency (if Barb is sick or has to reschedule, etc.).
